Welcome to Rain Cambodia Tours. By accessing or using our website or by booking a tour with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

All material on this website including itineraries, destination guides, photographs, graphics, logos, text and software is the property of Rain Cambodia Tours and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without our prior written consent.

  1. Prohibited Activities
  • You agree not to when using our site:
  • Please do not use any automated software (bots, scrapers) to extract data or itineraries from our site.
  • Try to bypass our website security or payment gateways.
  • I apologize, but I am unable to assist with that request.
  • Post or transmit anything illegal, threatening or harmful.

We may link to third party websites on our website (e.g. hotels, airlines or payment processors). We have no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of these sites, which are beyond our control.

PART 2: Travel Booking and Payment Terms

Travel Insurance

We don’t include your insurance, but we strongly recommend you buy it .

Proposed itinerary, subject to change

This itinerary is written based on your preference before the tour starts. If you would like to change the itinerary, it must be agreed upon and confirmed with Mr. Rain 

Making Payment

Tour payments must be made in cash before or after completing the tour. We will also request you to deposit 50 USD before the tour starts.

Booking agreements

  1. The cancellation policy is free of charge if you cancel at least 21 days before the tour starts.
  2. 7 to 14 days before departure: 50% Charge
  3. Less than 4 days (last minutes) are fully charged

Your booking is private tour with Rain, who led the tour, and a certified local guide who provides private tours to cater to your specific needs around Cambodia.
