Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival Phnom Penh▾

Private transfer to your hotel and checks in with Rain Proun. I will provide briefing about your itinerary, local culture tips and dining recommendations.

Day 2: Silk Islands , SOSORO , Local Market▾

Explore the Silk Islands to see how local people make silk and learn more about Khmer traditional silk from a local guide who will help clearly understand the process of creating silk.Explore SOSORO, where you can learn deeply about Khmer history and economics that you have never seen online or somewhere else. It is recommended for people who interest in history. Then visit Russian Market one of the most popular markets in the city where you can find handicrafts, souvenirs and local products.

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, and then we will explore Killing Field.

Return back to the hotel for refreshments, and in the evening, we will pick up for the Sunset Cruise on the Mekong River

Day 3: Royal Monuments, Art Museums & Wat Phnom▾

And next door is the famous Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda. See some ancient Khmer statues in the National Museum of Cambodia, then take a course in economic history at the hands-on Sosoro Museum. End your tour of the capital at the hilltop Wat Phnom.

Day 4 : Scenic Overland Transfer to Siem Reap▾

Leave Phnom Penh at 9:00 Am by private car with Rain. Visit the famous Spider Market (known for exotic local snacks) in Skun village and the ancient 12th-century Spean Praptos (Naga Bridge) in Kampong Kdei. Arrive in Siem Reap around 4:00 Pm.

Day 5: Beng Mealea jungle temple & Roluos Group▾

Start 8:00 AM Take a trip to Beng Mealea, a massive, unrestored 12th century temple swallowed by dense jungle. Proceed to the Roluos Temple Group (Bakong and Preah Ko) from 9th century. Spend the afternoon watching local craftsmen at Artisans d’Angkor.

Day 6: Phnom Kulen Waterfall, Banteay Srei▾

Enjoy the River of a Thousand Lingas, the giant Reclining Buddha and the holy waterfall at Phnom Kulen National Park. On the way stop for lunch break before continue to see the pink sandstone carvings of Banteay Srei and return back hotel. It will be already at 5:00 Pm in the evening.

Day 7: Transfer to Airport▾

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel and some free time to shop for souvenirs at the Old Market (Phsar Chas) before a private transfer to Airport (SIA)
